How we handle equipment and data
All equipment — new, unused, or refurbished — is tested before it ships. Refurbished units are deinstalled, tested, updated with current firmware and software, and fitted with new accessories before resale.
Any equipment that may hold data is handled deliberately as part of our asset recovery process. We're glad to walk any institutional customer through our current process directly, and to work within any additional requirements a specific agency or contract may call for.
